Anti-aging

Aging refers to not only to deterioration of tissues and functions of the body , but also deterioration of cells. The aging process is expedited as peroxides increase in blood vessels, somatic and cerebral cells.

Vitamin E, daisein, saponin, and brown pigment contained in miso work as anti-oxidants, which keep peroxides from accumulating in the body. Experiments using rats have proven that the increase of peroxides is remarkably inhibited by administering saponin and brown pigment.
